Shipping and Return Policy

Please note the following:

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout or for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer must cover the reshipping fee of $5. This fee is strictly for shipping costs, as we do not receive any discounts from USPS.

Additionally:

• All orders take 7-14 business days to process and ship. This does not include weekends or the additional shipping time required by USPS.

• Most of our pieces are made to order. We typically ship once a week, but this may vary. For updates on shipping days, please follow us on Instagram, where we post regular updates through stories or posts.
